Fountain is a mobile podcast app with a social network where users share “clips” from their favorite podcasts, similar to reels, while promoting the circulation of Sats (Bitcoin) through likes and donations. With 20,000 daily active users, growth had stagnated due to a lack of UX research in the original design. Users encountered inconsistent interactions, low accessibility, and difficulty navigating core features.

We began with a full UX audit, mapping the user journey from onboarding to content interaction. Usability tests and interviews revealed key friction points: unclear navigation, low discoverability of features, and a confusing Sats transaction flow. We restructured the information architecture, streamlined navigation, and created a consistent visual hierarchy.

The redesigned UI adopted a cleaner, modular layout, placing greater focus on podcast content and community engagement. Interactive elements became more intuitive, encouraging clip sharing and creator support. A new design system was implemented to maintain long-term consistency.

Post-launch, the results were immediate and measurable. Clip sharing surged, with more users creating and engaging with content daily. Sats (Bitcoin) transactions increased sharply in both frequency and total volume, signaling stronger community participation and creator support. Retention rates rose across all segments, with new users staying active longer and returning users increasing their session frequency. The redesign not only broke the growth plateau but also established a foundation for sustained engagement and long-term product momentum.

AIOZ stands out as a multi-layered blockchain ecosystem designed for high performance and scalability. Built using the Cosmos SDK, it features its own native chain (AIOZ Network) while also supporting EVM compatible networks. It can run Ethereum based applications and smart contracts while supporting popular token standards like ERC-20 and NFTs.

AIOZ is unique in its ability to operate across multiple networks, allowing users to interact with both IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication) and EVM chains under one ecosystem.

We worked on various products such as the wallet extension that includes Send, Receive, Bridge and Stake as the core features but also to give permission to DApps to operate.

DePin allows user to contribute to the network while allowing a part of storage that powers the entire ecosystem. In exchange they get rewarded in AIOZ Tokens.

DEX (Decentralized Exchange) is a platform that allows users to trade cryptocurrencies directly with each other, without relying on a central authority or intermediary. All transactions happen on-chain through smart contracts, giving users full control over their assets.

We are specialized in making complex Web3 systems intuitive and we understand user behavior in decentralized environments. Our focus is on simplifying complex blockchain systems across networks (EVMs, IBC, BTC etc...).

Whether it’s a browser extension or a web platform, we design with the knowledge of wallet structures (seed phrases, private/public key management).

We bring clarity and usability to every product we build.

2024 - 2025

Our client, a London-based dating company hosting in-person events worldwide, reached out to us because their branding and website no longer matched their ambitions. At the time, their visual identity appealed to a much younger demographic (around 14 years old), while their real target audience was adults aged 24–35. On top of that, their website consisted of a single landing page with little UX structure, making navigation difficult and leaving users without key information or features.

We began by redefining the brand through art direction, creating a modern and playful identity aligned with their target audience and international growth. This new foundation guided the website redesign, ensuring visual consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.

CMS with low-code features for worldwide trips events

On Webflow, we built a CMS-driven platform that gave the team full flexibility: recurring events can now be published and managed with ease, tailored landing pages support campaigns, and a dedicated partnerships section highlights their collaborators. We also introduced a blog to strengthen SEO and community engagement, while animations added interactivity and energy that reflect the real-life atmosphere of their events. To ensure autonomy, we trained the client’s team so they could confidently manage and update the website themselves.Beyond delivery, we continue to support the company with long-term upgrades as their needs evolve.

The result is a cohesive brand and digital experience that connects authentically with their audience, provides clear navigation and rich content, and positions the company for international growth.

Recurring Questions

We answer all your questions, from project timelines to technical details. We provide concise information so you know exactly what to expect.

What’s your approach for large-scale product design projects?

We take a strategic, research-driven approach rooted in business goals and user insights. Every collaboration begins with a discovery phase (stakeholder interviews, audits, workshops), followed by full-cycle support with research, user flows, wireframing, testing, design systems.

We're not just service providers, we act as long-term design partners.

Do you work alongside internal teams?

Yes. Seamless collaboration with internal design, product, or engineering teams is core to our process. We adapt to your internal rhythms (weekly rituals, async feedback, design reviews) and prioritize shared ownership. We integrate quickly and act as an extension of your team.

Can you build or evolve our design system?

Absolutely. We specialize in building scalable design systems from the ground up or enhancing existing ones. Whether you need foundations, components, documentation, or tokenization, we collaborate closely with your dev team to ensure design/dev parity.

Do you create custom illustrations or motion to support the product?

Yes. Depending on your brand and product goals, we deliver custom illustrations (flat, isometric, or 3D), microinteractions, or complex animations (3D motion, scroll-based storytelling, Lottie). These assets enhance storytelling, onboarding, and overall user engagement.

Do you conduct UX research globally?

Yes. We conduct both qualitative and quantitative UX research internationally, either in-house or in partnership with trusted local agencies. This includes user interviews, card sorting, moderated testing, surveys, behavioral analysis, and market-specific insights.

How involved is your team throughout the product lifecycle?

We typically work on 6–18 month product engagements. This long-term involvement allows us to deeply understand your ecosystem, iterate with precision, and maintain alignment between design, strategy, and user experience as your product evolves.

We already have a Figma design, can you handle the development?

Yes, we often work with teams who come to us with an existing design. However, before committing to development, we always conduct a technical and UX feasibility review. This allows us to assess whether the design is fully ready for Webflow or if adjustments are needed based on interactivity, CMS complexity, responsiveness, or performance. Some features may require custom code or an alternative tech stack. Once we've reviewed the scope, we’ll advise on the best approach.

Do you provide ongoing web mastering or maintenance after delivery?

Our role is to design and deliver a high-quality, scalable product. Once the site is live, we provide detailed documentation and tailored guidance so your internal team can confidently manage the CMS—update content, images, articles, and more. For ongoing maintenance or content operations, we recommend working with a dedicated partner or in-house team. We’re happy to connect you with trusted collaborators if needed.

Do you handle SEO within Webflow?

Yes. We implement SEO from day one: semantic structure, meta tags, sitemap setup, custom slugs, alt text, and performance tuning. We can also collaborate with your SEO or marketing team to align content strategy and search visibility goals.

Can you build a custom CMS structure in Webflow?

Absolutely. We design and implement custom CMS frameworks tailored to your needs—whether it’s a blog, team directory, product catalog, or event system—built with scalability and ease-of-use in mind for your internal team.

Why should we choose Webflow for our website?

Webflow combines creative flexibility with technical power. It supports advanced animations (Lottie, Spline 3D), custom code (JavaScript), and a robust CMS—ideal for blogs, events, and dynamic content. It’s responsive by default, includes e-commerce and form handling, and allows full design control without compromising performance. A great fit for teams who need scalability, speed, and precision. Webflow is a great solution for many use cases—get in touch with us to find out if it’s the right tool for your specific needs.

How long does a Webflow project typically take, and what does it cost?

For advanced, custom Webflow sites, timelines range from 4 to 8 weeks. Pricing typically starts around $15,000–$25,000, and can exceed $40,000 for complex features like 3D, custom code, or multilingual CMS. Scope, timeline, and budget are define together during the discovery phase.
